Q. How far in advance do I need to schedule service?
You can schedule service at any time but it's best to schedule at least two weeks in advance so that we can be sure to accommodate you.

Q. Where are the play groups conducted?
We take our play groups to various parks and beaches where they can be off leash to play and interact with other dogs.

Q. What kind of insurance does Citi-Tails have?
All of our employees are bonded and we carry a $1,000,000 umbrella liability policy. This is done through our association with Pet Sitters International.

Q. How long will the visit be?
Each pet visit is a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour. However we will adjust the time depending on your needs.

Q. Do you walk different sized dogs together?
Even though your small dog gets along well with larger ones, when we do group dog walks we like to match dogs in size, temperament, and energy level. This way everybody will get the most benefit from their walk.

Q. Will there be one person assigned to walking my dog every time?
Initially one person will be assigned to walk your dog, however there may be an occasion that my regular sitter is unavailable and a replacement is needed. You will be notified of any change in advance.

Q. Are there extra costs for services performed on holidays?
We consider the following to be our major annual holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve Day. There is a $10 one time fee plus the standard charge for the service being provided on these dates. Additionally, we must receive payment at least 3 weeks prior to the holiday. There is no refund for cancellation. Unless other arrangements are made with Citi-Tails.
